Streamline your make line with the Continental RA93SN18-D, a shallow-depth refrigerated base sandwich unit built to keep ingredients organized and service moving. At 93 inches wide, it stages high-volume assembly while conserving aisle space on crowded cooklines. Chefs and operators can stage, slice, and plate with confidence during peak periods.
Set the pace with a 300 series stainless steel top fitted with 18 1/6-size x 4" deep pans and a 10" deep nylon cutting board for clean, efficient prep. The base combines six drawers—each holding one 12" x 20" x 6" pan (supplied by others)—with a half-height field rehingeable door to accommodate bulk items and odd sizes.
Durable stainless steel front and sides, a galvanized case back, and an aluminum interior stand up to daily use in demanding kitchens.
