Speed assembly with (12) 1/6-size x 4" pans beneath the cutting board, ideal for sandwiches, salads, and garnish work. Two refrigerated drawers streamline reloads, each accommodating a 12" x 20" x 6" pan (supplied by others) for backups or bulk mise en place. Swap pans quickly during peak periods to keep service flowing and reduce trips to the walk-in.
