The Continental SW27N8-FB-D sandwich prep table streamlines tight prep lines with a compact 27-inch footprint and front-breathing design. Stage toppings in the rail while keeping backups in the drawers to speed assembly and reduce steps on busy shifts. Ideal for delis, cafés, and quick-service lines that need dependable, space-efficient cold storage at the point of production.
Load (8) 1/6 size, 4-inch deep pans on the rail and prep directly on the 12-inch cutting board to maintain a smooth, single-operator workflow. Use the two drawers to hold one 12 x 20 x 6 pan each (supplied by others) for fast restocking of high-volume ingredients.
A stainless steel top, front, and ends with an aluminum interior and back deliver durability while keeping weight in check for easy positioning on 3-3/4 inch casters. Electronic controls with a digital display and hi/low alarm help you monitor performance, and rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration with R290 and an automatic hot gas
