Speed up workflow with two refrigerated drawers, each designed to accept a 12" x 20" x 6" pan (supplied by others) for quick access to bulk ingredients. An electronic control with digital display and hi/low temperature alarm supports tight temperature management and easy monitoring on the fly.
Rear-mounted, self-contained R290 refrigeration and an automatic hot gas condensate evaporator help maintain consistent performance while simplifying upkeep.
