Stage (8) 1/6-size, 4-inch-deep pans on top and finish orders on the 19-inch cutting board to accelerate assembly. Electronic controls with a clear digital display let staff set and monitor temperatures, while a hi/low temperature alarm prompts action before product quality is at risk.
Move it easily on 3-3/4-inch casters and position the field-rehingeable door to match your line. Durable stainless steel top, front, and ends pair with an aluminum interior and back to handle everyday use in delis, cafes, and satellite stations.
