Built for busy cooklines, the Continental SW27NBS-FB-D worktop refrigerator pairs cold storage with a durable 27-inch prep surface to streamline service. The front-breathing design helps you position the unit where space is tight, and a 5-1/2-inch backsplash keeps tools and ingredients on the work surface. A 7.4 cu ft, one-section cabinet keeps essentials within reach.
Two drawers each hold one 12 x 20 x 6 pan (supplied by others), ideal for proteins, sauces, or mise en place. Electronic controls with a digital display and hi/low alarm make temperature checks fast and accurate during service and after hours.
A rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/5 hp compressor supports efficient cooling. 3-3/4-inch casters simplify cleaning and layout changes, while stainless steel front and end panels with an aluminum interior stand up to daily use. NSF and cETLus listed and made in the USA.
