The Continental SW32N-D worktop refrigerator combines a compact footprint with productive prep space. Its 32-inch stainless steel flat top doubles as a sturdy work surface, while 9.0 cu ft of refrigerated storage keeps ingredients close at hand.
Two drawers organize your mise en place by pan size: each drawer accepts one 12 x 20 x 6 pan or one 1/2 x 6 pan plus two 1/3 x 6 pans (pans not included). Stage proteins, produce, and garnishes for the cookline or satellite stations to speed turns and maintain consistency.
Electronic controls with a digital display simplify checks, and a hi-low temperature alarm helps protect product.
