This one-section unit stages up to twelve ingredients on top while two refrigerated drawers below keep bulk pans within reach. Chefs and operators can assemble sandwiches, salads, and wraps efficiently without breaking the workflow.
Organize (12) 1/6-size, 4-inch-deep pans under a durable stainless rail and prep on the included cutting board. Electronic controls with a digital display help you dial in holding temperatures, while a hi-low alarm adds an extra layer of food safety. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration uses eco-friendly R290 and an automatic hot gas condensate evaporator to minimize routine maintenance.
