Streamline your make line with the Continental SW32N12M-FB-D, a 32-inch mighty top sandwich unit that breathes from the front to fit tight spaces. The top accommodates twelve 1/6-size, 4-inch-deep pans within easy reach for fast sandwich and salad assembly.
Two refrigerated drawers below organize backup ingredients, each accepting either one 12 x 20 x 6 pan or a 1/2 x 6 plus two 1/3 x 6 pans (supplied by others). An integrated cutting board creates a clean, efficient landing for prep and plating.
Durable stainless and aluminum construction stands up to daily service, while electronic controls with a digital display and hi-low alarm help safeguard temperatures. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration with R290 and an automatic hot gas condensate evaporator simplifies operation, and 3-3/4 inch casters make cleaning and service access easy.
