At just 32 inches wide with 9.0 cu ft in a one-section cabinet, it tucks against walls while its rear-mounted, self-contained system simplifies installation. R290 refrigerant and automatic hot gas condensate evaporation deliver efficient, reliable cooling.
Stage go-to ingredients in the included eight 1/6-size x 4-inch pans and work cleanly on the 12-inch cutting board to accelerate ticket times. Two drawers organize backups, each accepting either one 12 x 20 x 6 pan or a 1/2 x 6 plus two 1/3 x 6 pans (supplied by others) to keep production flowing.
Monitor temperatures at a glance with the electronic control and digital display with hi-low alarm. Durable stainless steel top, front, and ends with an aluminum interior handle daily service, and 3-3/4-inch casters let staff reposition the unit for cleaning or line changes.
