Maximize line throughput with the Continental SW32N8C-FB-D sandwich / salad prep table. Its 32-inch, front-breathing design slots into tight cooklines while the rear-mounted, self-contained system keeps service uninterrupted.
Stage ingredients in eight 1/6-size, 4-inch-deep wells beneath a generous 19-inch cutting board to speed salads, subs, and wraps. Two refrigerated drawers accept 12" x 20" x 6" or 1/2-size x 6" and (2) 1/3-size x 6" pan combinations for proteins and backups (pans supplied by others).
Electronic controls with a digital display and a hi-low alarm help crews verify holding conditions at a glance. Durable stainless and aluminum construction on 3-3/4 inch casters simplifies cleaning and service access, while R290 refrigeration with an automatic hot gas condensate evaporator supports low-maintenance operation.
