Two drawers stage mise en place within arm’s reach, each accommodating either one 12 x 20 x 6 pan or one 1/2 x 6 pan and two 1/3 x 6 pans (pans supplied by others). Stainless steel front and end panels paired with an aluminum interior simplify cleaning and withstand daily traffic.
Electronic controls with a digital display and hi-low alarm provide quick oversight, while the rear-mounted, self-contained R290 system uses a 1/5 hp compressor to maintain cold holding. 3-3/4-inch casters enable rapid repositioning for service or sanitation, and the front-breathing design facilitates tight-line placement; cETLus and NSF listings, plus Made in USA construction, suit spec-driven operations.
