Front-breathing, rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration lets you slide it into tight spaces without sacrificing airflow.
Streamline service with two field-rehingeable doors that adapt to your layout and 1-3/8 inch plate casters that make cleaning and repositioning quick. An electronic control with digital display and hi-low alarm helps you monitor temps at a glance and protect product.
Built with a stainless steel front, top, and end panels plus an aluminum interior, it withstands daily back-of-house demands. ENERGY STAR® certified and charged with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, the 1/5 hp system supports efficient, reliable cold holding for bars, cafes, and high-volume kitchens.
