The Continental SW36N10C-FB sandwich prep table optimizes line efficiency in tight kitchens with its front-breathing, 36-inch width. A two-section, 10.3 cu ft cabinet keeps ingredients organized and within reach while you prep on the full 19-inch cutting board.
Stage up to ten 1/6-size, 4-inch-deep pans for fast sandwich and salad assembly during rushes. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration with R290 and an automatic hot gas condensate evaporator maintains temperatures and reduces maintenance.
Electronic controls with a digital display and hi/low temperature alarm help you monitor product safety at a glance. (2) field rehingeable doors let you adapt swing direction to your layout, and 3-3/4-inch casters make cleaning and service simple.
