Use the integrated cutting board and pan layout to speed sandwich, salad, and wrap assembly during lunch rushes or made-to-order stations. Two field rehingeable doors let you set hinges to the flow of your kitchen, and 3-3/4-inch casters make cleaning and service simple.
Built with a stainless steel top, front, and ends plus an aluminum interior, this unit withstands daily commercial demands. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration uses R290 and an automatic hot gas condensate evaporator for reliable cold holding. Electronic controls with a digital display and hi/low alarms help staff monitor performance at a glance.
