Speed up make-line flow and showcase ingredients with this 36-inch mighty top sandwich unit featuring a hinged glass lid. It provides 10.3 cu ft of cold storage and a rail set for (12) 1/6-size, 4" deep pans with an 8" cutting board, so crews can assemble sandwiches, salads, and wraps fast. Ideal for delis, cafes, campus dining, and healthcare kitchens.
Maintain precise holding temps via the electronic control with digital display, while a hi/low alarm alerts staff to deviations. A rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and an automatic hot gas condensate evaporator for dependable, low-maintenance service. Two sections keep backup product close at hand for peak periods.
Built for daily use with stainless steel top, front, and end panels plus an aluminum interior and back. Two field rehingeable doors let you adapt door swing to your line layout as needs change. cETLus and NSF listed; made in USA.
