Built for daily commercial use, it features a stainless steel top, front, and end panels with an aluminum interior and back for durability and easy cleaning. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration and a 1/5 hp compressor help maintain product temperatures while maximizing usable workspace. Two field rehingeable doors let you adapt the door swing on site to fit your kitchen layout and service flow.
Use the full-length cutting board to prep, assemble, and plate made-to-order sandwiches, wraps, and salads in delis, cafes, and campus dining. The (12) pan rail supports efficient mise en place and quick reloads
