Stage (8) 1/6-size x 4" pans beneath a generous 19" cutting board to streamline mise en place for sandwiches, wraps, and salads. Field rehingeable doors adapt to your line layout, while stainless steel top/front/ends and an aluminum interior simplify cleaning between rushes. Casters enable quick moves for cleaning or line changes.
A rear-mounted, self-contained system with a 1/5 hp compressor and R290 refrigerant maintains consistent performance, supported by an automatic hot gas condensate evaporator. Electronic controls with a digital display and hi/low alarm help operators monitor holding conditions, and cETLus/NSF listings suit commercial kit
