A two-section base offers 13.4 cu ft of refrigerated storage, while the rail holds ten 1/6-size, 4-inch-deep pans beneath a 12-inch cutting board. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration keeps ingredients chilled and within arm’s reach.
Four drawers organize backup product and minimize restock trips. Each drawer accommodates either one 12 x 18 x 6 pan or one 1/2 x 6 plus one 1/3 x 6 pan (pans supplied by others) to match your menu and daypart.
