Streamline your cold prep with the Continental SW48N10-FB sandwich prep table. This front-breathing, 48-inch, two-section unit delivers 13.4 cu ft of organized space, ideal for tight cooklines, delis, and QSR make stations. Roll it into place and keep service flowing during the lunch rush.
Stage ingredients in (10) 1/6-size x 4" pans and assemble to order on the 12" cutting board for fast, repeatable workflows. An electronic control with digital display and hi-low alarm helps you monitor holding temperatures at a glance, supporting food safety and consistency.
Built for daily duty, it features a stainless steel top with stainless front and end panels, plus an aluminum back and interior for a durable, easy-clean cabinet. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration uses R290 refrigerant with an automatic hot gas condensate evaporator to reduce maintenance, while 3-3/4" casters and field rehingeable doors simplify layout changes.
