The Continental SW48N10C-FB-D sandwich prep table empowers fast, organized make-lines in cafes, delis, and high-volume kitchens. A front-breathing design slides neatly into tight spaces, while rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration keeps service areas clear.
Topside, (10) 1/6-size pans sit within arm’s reach beneath a 19" cutting board, letting cooks assemble sandwiches and salads without breaking pace. Below, four drawers stage backup product in standard pan configurations so refills are seamless during rushes.
Electronic controls with a digital display and hi-low alarm help maintain set temps for food safety. Durable stainless and aluminum surfaces simplify cleanup, and 3-3/4" casters allow quick moves for sanitation or layout changes.
