The Continental SW48N12-D positions a 12-pan rail over a two-section drawer base to streamline sandwiches, wraps, and salads. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration lets you place the unit flush to walls and navigate tight aisles.
Stage up to twelve 1/6-size, 4-inch-deep pans on the rail for rapid topping changes, and assemble on the full-length 12-inch cutting board. Four drawers below segment bulk ingredients by station, each fitting a 12 x 18 x 6 pan or a 1/2 and 1/3 x 6 combination (pans for drawers supplied by others).
