The rail holds (12) 1/6 size x 4" deep pans beneath a full-length 19" cutting board, letting cooks assemble sandwiches, salads, and wraps without breaking rhythm.
Keep backup product close at hand with a four-drawer base that accepts common pan sizes, so you can swap in fresh ingredients fast during peak periods. The two-section layout supports organized stations—ideal for delis, cafes, pizzerias, and high-volume commissaries where speed and consistency matter.
Built for commercial duty, it features a stainless steel top, front, and end panels with an aluminum back and interior.
