This 48-inch, two-section unit organizes ingredients in (12) 1/6-size x 4-inch pans with a generous 19-inch cutting board for efficient assembly. Four drawers offer flexible storage, accommodating either one 12" x 18" x 6" pan per drawer or a 1/2 x 6 and 1/3 x 6 pan combo (pans supplied by others). The front-breathing design integrates cleanly into tight kitchens, while rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and an automatic hot gas condensate evaporator supports consistent performance.
