Its two-section design and 13.4 cu. ft. base help stage proteins, produce, and condiments right where your team needs them. Front Breather airflow enables placement close to walls or other equipment to maximize space.
Organize ingredients on the top rail, which holds (12) 1/6-size, 4-inch-deep pans, and work cleanly on the full-length 19-inch cutting board. Durable stainless steel top, front, and end panels pair with an aluminum interior and back for long service in high-volume environments. Field rehingeable doors let you configure swing direction to match your workflow.
Monitor performance at a glance with electronic control, digital display, and a hi-low alarm. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration uses R290 and an automatic hot gas condensate evaporator to maintain temps while minimizing maintenance. Roll it into place
