Streamline your cold prep line with the Continental SW48N12M-D mighty top sandwich unit. This 48-inch, two-section workhorse organizes your mise en place with a rail for (12) 1/6-size x 4" pans and an integrated cutting board, accelerating sandwich and salad builds during peak service.
Boost throughput with a four-drawer base that stages backups exactly where you need them; each drawer accepts either one 12" x 18" x 6" pan or a combo of one 1/2-size x 6" and one 1/3-size x 6" pan (pans supplied by others). Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration simplifies placement and service access in tight kitchens.
Built for daily rushes, the stainless steel top, front, and ends pair with a cleanable aluminum interior. Electronic controls with a digital display and hi-low alarm help maintain safe holding temperatures for consistent quality and food safety.
