Stage ingredients in the rail for (12) 1/6-size, 4-inch-deep pans while using the integrated cutting board to assemble sandwiches, salads, and wraps on the fly. Front-breathing design helps this unit fit tight cooklines and alcoves without sacrificing airflow.
Leverage four refrigerated drawers to keep backups within arm’s reach—each drawer accommodates either one 12" x 18" x 6" pan or a combo of one 1/2-size x 6" and one 1/3-size x 6" pan (pans supplied by others). Streamline restocking during the lunch rush and maintain consistent product rotation for quality and speed.
