Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration keeps heat away from the rail while allowing flush installation against walls or equipment.
Stage ingredients in the rail’s (8) 1/6-size x 4-inch pans and work cleanly on the full-length 12-inch cutting board. Four refrigerated drawers streamline replenishment, each fitting either a 12 x 18 x 6 pan or a 1/2 x 6 plus 1/3 x 6 combination, so prep stays within arm’s reach during peak service.
Dial in holding temps with the electronic control and digital display, and safeguard product with a hi-low temperature alarm. An automatic hot gas condensate evaporator and eco-friendly R290 refrigerant reduce maintenance while delivering reliable performance.
