Streamline your cold prep line with the Continental SW48N8C-FB-D, a front-breathing, 48-inch two-section sandwich prep table engineered for tight spaces and busy stations. Its rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration helps maximize workspace while maintaining efficient airflow at the front of house or back of house.
Stage ingredients on the top rail, which accommodates up to eight 1/6-size, 4-inch-deep pans within easy reach, then slice and build on the generous 19-inch cutting board. Four drawers speed replenishment during rushes and accept either one 12" x 18" x 6" pan or a combination of one 1/2 x 6 and one 1/3 x 6 pan per drawer (pans supplied by others).
Durable stainless steel top, front, and end panels pair with an aluminum back and interior for long-term service. Smooth-rolling 3-3/4-inch casters simplify cleaning and layout changes, while cETLus and NSF listings support code compliance for professional kitchens.
