This 48-inch, two-section unit combines 13.4 cu ft of refrigerated capacity with a stainless steel work surface and a 5-1/2-inch backsplash, keeping tools and ingredients organized on busy lines. Front-breathing refrigeration supports placement in tight stations without compromising airflow.
Streamline workflow with four refrigerated drawers that accept per drawer either one 12" x 18" x 6" pan or one 1/2-size 6" deep and one 1/3-size 6" deep pan (pans supplied by others). Monitor performance with an electronic control, digital display, and hi-low temperature alarm for quick checks during service. Roll the cabinet for cleaning or layout changes on 3-3/4" casters.
