A front-breathing, rear-mounted self-contained system using R290 refrigerant and a 1/5 hp compressor maintains consistent temperatures in tight, high-traffic stations. Two sections let you stage proteins, produce, or garnishes exactly where they’re needed.
The stainless steel top with a 5-1/2-inch backsplash helps contain splashes and protects walls, while stainless front and end panels stand up to daily rigors. Field-rehingeable doors let you adapt swing direction to evolving workflows. An easy-clean aluminum interior supports fast turnarounds between rushes.
