Each drawer accepts one 12 x 20 x 6 pan (supplied by others), making it ideal for garde manger, pizza make lines, and banquet plating. Electronic controls with a digital display and hi/low temperature alarm help ensure consistent holding without constant guesswork. Rear-mounted, self-contained R290 refrigeration supports efficient, eco-conscious operation.
Built for daily service, the stainless steel front, top, and end panels resist wear, while the aluminum interior wipes clean quickly.
