Keep your mise en place cold, organized, and within reach with the Continental SW60N12-D sandwich prep table. This 60-inch, two-section unit holds twelve 1/6-size, 4-inch-deep pans beneath a full-length 12-inch cutting board for fast assembly.
Four refrigerated drawers stage bulk ingredients, each accepting one 12 x 20 x 6 pan (supplied by others) to speed reloads during rush periods. Electronic controls with a digital display and hi-low alarm support tight temperature management and food safety.
Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration with eco-friendly R290 refrigerant and an automatic hot gas condensate evaporator streamlines operation and service access. Durable stainless steel top, front, and end panels with an aluminum interior stand up to high-volume use in sandwich lines, cafes, and campus dining. Made in USA and NSF listed, it’s ready for demanding commercial programs.
