Streamline cold prep with the Continental SW60N12-FB-D sandwich prep table. For tight kitchens, the front-breathing design allows flush placement against walls while preserving airflow. The rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration simplifies installation and service.
The 60-inch, two-section cabinet provides 17.0 cu ft of refrigerated capacity to keep ingredients and bulk pans at safe temperatures. Up top, the pan rail holds twelve 1/6-size, 4-inch pans alongside a full-length 12-inch cutting board for fast assembly during rush periods. Operators can build salads, subs, and wraps at one station.
Four refrigerated drawers each accept a 12" x 20" x 6" pan (supplied by others) for quick restocking without leaving the line. Durable stainless steel surfaces and an aluminum interior are easy to wipe down between tasks. 3-3/4" casters roll for cleaning or reconfiguring the line.
