Streamline high-volume prep with the Continental SW60N12C-D, a 60-inch two-section sandwich/salad prep table engineered to keep ingredients organized and accessible. Stage (12) 1/6-size pans on the rail and work comfortably on the full-length 19-inch cutting board to speed assembly on busy lines.
Keep backups cold and within reach using four refrigerated drawers, each designed to accommodate a 12" x 20" x 6" pan (supplied by others) for quick changeovers. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration with R290 refrigerant helps maintain set temperatures, while an electronic control with digital display and hi/low alarm supports oversight across shifts.
Built for daily service, it features a stainless steel top, front, and end panels with a durable aluminum interior and back for easy cleaning. An automatic hot gas condensate evaporator minimizes routine maintenance, and cETLus and NSF compliance supports code-ready installations—made in the USA for dependable performance.<
