Streamline high-volume prep with the Continental SW60N16-D sandwich / salad prep table. A 60-inch, two-section design delivers 17.0 cu. ft. of refrigerated space to stage ingredients and back-up product where you need it. The 16-pan rail with a 12-inch cutting board lets crews assemble sandwiches, salads, and wraps quickly during peak service.
Organize production with four refrigerated drawers that each accept a 12" x 20" x 6" pan (supplied by others) for fast replenishment. Electronic controls with a digital display and hi-low alarm help you monitor holding temperatures at a glance. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration with R290 and an automatic hot gas condensate evaporator supports efficient operation and easy maintenance.
