Stage and assemble with (16) 1/6-size x 4" pans at the top and a full 19" cutting board for comfortable prep. Four drawers below streamline replenishment; each accommodates one 12" x 20" x 6" pan (not included) so bulk backups are always within reach.
Durable stainless steel on the top, front, and ends pairs with an aluminum back and interior for long service in high-traffic environments. Electronic controls with a digital display and hi/low temperature alarm aid oversight, while rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration with R290 and an automatic hot gas condensate evaporator supports efficient, dependable performance.
