Streamline high-volume sandwich assembly with the Continental SW60N18M-FB. This 60-inch, front-breathing mighty top sandwich unit is built to maximize line efficiency where space is tight. Keep ingredients organized and within reach to accelerate ticket times during peak service.
The top accommodates 18 1/6-size, 4-inch-deep pans positioned in front of a cutting board for fast build-to-order prep. Two sections below provide 17.0 cu ft of refrigerated storage for backups and extra pans. Field-rehingeable doors let you tailor swing direction to your workflow as menus or layouts change.
Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration simplifies placement and service access. Roll the cabinet into position on 3-3/4-inch casters for cleaning or overnight reconfiguration. Ideal for delis, quick-service lines, and campus dining seeking efficient, organized prep.
