Equip busy make lines with the Continental SW60N24M-FB-D, a 60-inch, two-section mighty top sandwich / salad prep table built for high-volume workflows. The front-breathing design allows placement against walls or alongside other equipment without restricting airflow. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration helps streamline installation and service.
Stage up to twenty-four 1/6-size, 4-inch-deep pans on the raised rail for rapid access to toppings, proteins, and garnishes. A cutting board is included to speed assembly and improve station ergonomics. Below, four refrigerated drawers each accept a 12" x 20" x 6" pan (supplied by others) to keep backups cold and within reach.
