Stage up to twenty-four 1/6-size, 4-inch-deep pans across the rail and work cleanly on the 8-inch cutting board; four refrigerated drawers below keep backups ready, each sized for a 12" x 20" x 6" pan (supplied by others). Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration with R290 and automatic hot gas condensate evaporation sustains consistent performance and simplifies placement.
Electronic controls with a digital display and hi-low alarm help teams monitor temperatures at a glance. Built with stainless steel where it shows and aluminum where it counts, this unit rolls on 3-3/4-inch casters to speed cleaning and reconfigure your line without downtime.
