Stainless steel top, front, and end panels pair with an aluminum interior and back to handle daily use, while electronic controls with a digital display and hi/low temperature alarm support tight holding ranges during rushes.
Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and an automatic hot gas condensate evaporator to simplify placement and upkeep.
