Boost prep efficiency and save aisle space with the Continental SW60N8-FB-D, a 60-inch, front-breathing sandwich prep table built for high-volume lines. Its two-section layout and 17.0 cu ft of refrigerated storage keep ingredients staged at arm’s reach. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration preserves a clean, open workspace.
Set eight 1/6-size, 4-inch-deep pans in the rail and prep directly on the integrated 12-inch cutting board. Four refrigerated drawers below organize backups; each holds one 12" x 20" x 6" pan (supplied by others) for fast replenishment. Streamline make-to-order service in delis, QSRs, and cafeterias.
Built to endure, it features a stainless steel top, front, and end panels with an aluminum interior and back.
