Each drawer accommodates a 12 x 20 x 6 pan (supplied by others), making it easy to stage proteins, produce, or dressings by menu station. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration uses eco-friendly R290 and an automatic hot gas condensate evaporator to reduce routine maintenance.
