The Continental SW60NBS-D features a durable stainless work surface and a 5.5-inch backsplash to contain messes and protect walls. Rear-mounted, self-contained R290 refrigeration delivers reliable temperature performance during peak service.
Four refrigerated drawers put mise en place at arm’s reach for chefs and line cooks. Each drawer holds one 12" x 20" x 6" pan (pans supplied by others), ideal for proteins, dressings, and garnishes. Electronic controls with a digital display and hi/low alarm support precise management and food safety checks.
With stainless front and ends and an aluminum interior, this 17.0 cu. ft. unit is built for daily commercial use. Deploy it as a dedicated cold prep station on the cookline or as a compact, all-in-one work surface in restaurants, cafeterias, and production kitchens.
