Six drawers each accept either one 12" x 18" x 6" pan or a combo of one 1/2 x 6 and one 1/3 x 6 pan (supplied by others), making it easy to configure stations for sauté, garde manger, or pizza make-lines. The stainless steel flat top doubles as a durable workspace for small equipment or plating.
