Stage proteins, produce, and toppings in the six-drawer base, while the rail holds twelve 1/6-size pans (4" deep) beneath a 12" cutting board for rapid assembly. Electronic controls with a digital display and a hi-low temperature alarm help you maintain precise cold-holding throughout rush periods.
Built with a stainless steel top, front, and ends over an aluminum interior and back, this unit withstands daily rigors. Rear-mounted, self-contained R290 refrigeration with an automatic hot gas condensate evaporator supports efficient performance, and 3-3/4" casters let you reposition the unit for cleaning or service.
