Its 72-inch, front-breathing design installs tight to walls or cooklines, while the three-section base and 20.6 cu. ft. of refrigerated storage keep ingredients organized within reach. Ideal for delis, cafeterias, and campus operations.
Stage toppings in (12) 1/6-size x 4-inch pans on the rail and work cleanly on the 19-inch cutting board. Six drawers below accommodate either one 12 x 18 x 6 pan or one 1/2 x 6 plus one 1/3 x 6 pan per drawer (pans supplied by others), enabling quick swaps during peak service.
Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration uses R290 with an automatic hot gas condensate evaporator to maintain reliable, efficient cooling. An electronic control with digital display and hi/low temperature alarm supports consistent oversight throughout the shift.
