Build speed and consistency on your make line with the Continental SW72N18-D, a 72-inch sandwich/salad prep table engineered for busy kitchens. The three-section base delivers 20.6 cu. ft. of refrigerated storage while the top rail organizes ingredients in (18) sixth-size, 4-inch pans for fast reach-in access.
Set your station for deli classics, chopped salads, or high-volume catering prep using the included 12-inch cutting board and six smooth-gliding drawers. Each drawer is designed to accept one 12" x 18" x 6" pan or a 1/2 x 6" plus 1/3 x 6" combination (pans supplied by others) to match your menu and workflow.
Electronic controls with a digital display and hi-low alarm help you monitor product temperatures at a glance. A rear-mounted, self-contained system with R290 refrigerant and an automatic hot gas condensate evaporator supports efficient, reliable performance in tight prep lines.
