The Continental SW72N18-FB-D sandwich / salad prep table helps streamline busy make lines with a front-breathing design that tucks neatly into tight kitchens. This 72" three-section unit keeps 20.6 cu ft of refrigerated ingredients close at hand with rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration to support consistent service.
Stage produce and proteins in (18) 1/6-size x 4" pans and build orders on the full-length 12" cutting board. A six-drawer base accommodates either one 12" x 18" x 6" pan or a 1/2 x 6 and 1/3 x 6 per drawer (pans supplied by others), ideal for fast changeovers and backup stock.
Durable stainless steel top, front, and end panels deliver a clean, professional workspace, while an aluminum back and interior help keep the cabinet light and efficient. 3-3/4" casters enable quick moves for cleaning or line reconfiguration—smart for chefs, foodservice operators, buyers, and facility managers focused on workflow and presentation.
