Keep your line moving with the Continental SW72N18C-D sandwich prep table. This 72-inch, three-section unit pairs a chilled top rail for 18 sixth-size pans with a full 19-inch cutting board to streamline make-to-order service. Chefs can build sandwiches, wraps, and salads without leaving the station.
Six refrigerated drawers place backup product at arm’s reach. Each drawer accepts either one 12 x 18 x 6 pan or a 1/2 x 6 plus 1/3 x 6 combination (pans for drawers supplied by others), enabling flexible staging for high-volume rushes. Reduce restocking trips and keep mise en place organized.
A rear-mounted, self-contained system supports efficient placement against walls while maintaining reliable holding at the rail. The stainless steel top, front, and end panels with an aluminum interior stand up to daily cleaning in busy kitchens. cETLus and NSF listings suit commercial foodservice environments.
